HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT

Job Purpose

To support the Human Resource Department in daily administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare HR documents including offer letter, confirmation letters, memos and staff forms.
  • Support onboarding processes ; collecting documents, preparing staff files and assisting with briefings.
  • Update and maintain employee records (both physical and digital files)
  • Track staff attendance and leave and update HR spreadsheets accordingly.
  • Assist in compiling payroll-related data such as OT, unpaid leave and claims.
  • Help coordinate training sessions, staff engagement programs and HR related events.
  • Assist in offboarding procedures, including clearance forms and final documentation.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining up to date  records, reports, and trackers.
  • Respond to basic staff enquiries regarding HR forms and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for internal use, audits or tender submissions.
  • Liaise with internal departments on HR related matters.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements

Qualification & Experience

  • Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of relevant working experience are encourage to apply.

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, responsible and detail oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to handle confidential information with care.
  • Willing to learn and work in a team oriented environment.
