SENIOR SALES ADMINISTRATOR

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT | Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job Purpose

Supporting Regional Business Development Lead and Regional Cooling Energy Sales Lead in facilitating the sales operations, ensuring efficiency and driving business development objective across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for administrative support to Regional Business Development Lead and Regional Cooling Energy Sales Lead.
  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales leadership.
  • Complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ).
  • Assist with the preparation of tender documents.
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes taking, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle communication with internal teams and external clients, contracts and sales leads.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentation and proposals.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and assist in the analysis of sales strategies effectiveness.
  • Oversee the order processing workflow, from quotation to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales administrative processes and systems.   

Requirements

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales administration role, preferably within a multinational company.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
