KJTS Group Berhad Participates in WATT’S NEXT 2026 Roundtable Discussion

KJTS Group Berhad was honoured to participate in WATT’S NEXT 2026, held from 3 to 5 June 2026 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). The event brought together policymakers, industry leaders, technology providers, and energy professionals to discuss the future of Malaysia’s energy sector.

This year’s programme focused on the trends shaping the country’s energy landscape, including renewable energy, battery energy storage systems (BESS), artificial intelligence-driven power systems, digital infrastructure, and the growing energy demands of data centres. The event provided a valuable platform for knowledge sharing and meaningful discussions on building a more resilient and sustainable energy ecosystem.

Representing KJTS Group Berhad, Chief Operating Officer (Projects), Adrian Lim, participated in the industry roundtable discussion alongside other experts from across the energy sector. The session explored the challenges and opportunities presented by Malaysia’s energy transition, with participants sharing practical perspectives on improving energy efficiency, supporting decarbonisation, and accelerating the adoption of sustainable technologies.

As businesses continue to face increasing pressure to reduce energy consumption, lower carbon emissions, and improve operational performance, collaboration across the public and private sectors remains essential. Industry forums such as WATT’S NEXT create opportunities for stakeholders to exchange ideas, share experiences, and identify practical solutions that can support long-term economic growth while advancing national sustainability goals.

KJTS Group Berhad remains committed to contributing to Malaysia’s energy transition through innovative and efficient energy solutions. With expertise in Cooling as a Service, district cooling systems, integrated facilities management, energy optimisation, and long-term operation and maintenance services, the Group continues to help organisations improve energy performance while supporting their environmental objectives.

We would like to thank the organisers for hosting a successful event and everyone who contributed to the insightful discussions. KJTS Group Berhad looks forward to continuing its engagement with industry partners and supporting the development of a more sustainable and energy-efficient future.
