Adopting Cooling-as-a-Service (CaaS) in Vietnam
Adrian explained how Cooling-as-a-Service (CaaS) serves as a commercial and technical solution for Vietnam’s growing industrial sector. This model allows building owners to avoid high upfront costs for cooling infrastructure. Instead, clients pay for cooling as an operational expense based on actual consumption.
Moving toward CaaS ensures that chiller plants operate at peak efficiency through professional management by KJTS. This shift directly reduces energy waste and supports the local push for greener building standards.
Driving Innovation and Efficiency
The seminar, supported by the Asia Pacific Urban Energy Association (APUEA), fostered dialogues on the future of energy in Vietnam. Discussions among industry leaders highlighted the need for outsourced energy management to meet regional efficiency targets.
