KJTS Group Berhad participated in the 2024 Electric & Power Indonesia Seminar. Our COO of Projects, Adrian Lim, represented the company as a speaker to discuss technical advancements in cooling energy management.
Decarbonisation via Cooling-as-a-Service (CaaS)
Adrian presented the Cooling-as-a-Service (CaaS) model as a solution for sustainable energy transitions. He explained how CaaS allows facilities managers to outsource cooling plant operations to specialists. This approach ensures guaranteed energy savings and shifts the burden of maintenance and performance risks to KJTS.
Adopting service-based cooling models helps industrial and commercial buildings reduce their carbon footprint without initial capital investment.
Regional Energy Dialogue
The presentation aligned with the Asia Pacific Urban Energy Association (APUEA) mission to promote efficient energy across the region. Discussions focused on how professional energy management contributes to a cleaner power sector.
KJTS Group remains committed to delivering CaaS projects that improve long-term energy performance. We thank APUEA for the opportunity to share our engineering expertise during this event.
