Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre (SKSMC) has successfully obtained the Green Investment Tax Allowance (GITA) from the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA), with an approved incentive value of RM2.4 million, through its chiller plant refurbishment project undertaken by KJTS.
The successful GITA approval highlights the project’s compliance with Malaysia’s green investment initiatives, supporting the adoption of energy-efficient infrastructure within the healthcare sector. The refurbished chiller plant is expected to deliver significant improvements in energy performance, operational reliability, and long-term cost savings while reducing the hospital’s environmental footprint.
This achievement demonstrates how KJTS not only delivers high-performance energy-efficient cooling solutions but also supports clients in unlocking government incentives that enhance the overall value and viability of their sustainability investments.
