Adrian shared technical insights on the shift toward Cooling-as-a-Service (CaaS) models. He explained how outsourcing cooling energy management allows building owners to reduce capital expenditure and operational risk. The session focused on the transition from traditional chiller plant ownership to service-based cooling solutions.
