The coastal location demanded durable materials and construction methods to withstand salt exposure and humidity. The retrofit had to be executed without disrupting guest comfort or daily operations in a fully occupied resort.
Two new high-efficiency water-cooled chillers were installed under the ROT model. System transfer and installation were executed seamlessly, maintaining continuous cooling while improving overall energy performance.
The project achieved 25% energy savings, cutting consumption by over 1 million kWh annually and avoiding 490 tonnes of CO₂ emissions. The upgraded system continues to deliver stable cooling, long-term reliability, and sustained operational efficiency
