To carry out Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental system duties in KJTS Group.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Senior Manager in implementing QHSE policies across the Group.
Help plan, organize and monitor QHSEMS activities.
Assist in preparing and submitting annual JKKP8 report to DOSH.
Conduct monthly site inspections and report findings to the Senior Manager.
Organize evacuation drills for HQ and assist at other sites.
Conduct internal QHSE audits and assist with external audits.
Stay updated on regulatory changes (DOSH,NIOSH,KKM,MKN,CIDB) and report key updates.
Monitor non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions.
Create and share QHSE communications (memos, alerts, brochures) across all sites.
Identify training needs, develop training materials and conduct QHSE and ESG related training.
Maintain first aid records and inspects kits at HQ.
Review and update QHSEMS documents (manual, procedures, forms).
Prepare and provide information for tender requirement.
Conduct QHSE induction for new employee.
Carry out other QHSE related duties instructed by Senior Manager.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES
Degree in Safety and Health Management or relevant qualification.
Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Knowledge in ISO9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO41001 Standards.
Understanding of QHSE & FM Standard practices.
Good communication skill and able to interact well with personnel at all levels within the organization, supplier, sub-contractor, customer and site staff.
Experience in ESG/Sustainability is an added advantage.
