Operation & Maintenance Department

Job Purpose

Assist the Operation & Maintenance Manager in the operation and maintenance activities for the respective site and to implement energy conservation program to support organization revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Act as Site Leader when requested by the management.
Assist Operation and Maintenance Manager in operation and maintenance activities and conservation program.
Compile and maintain up to date all the data and specifications regarding operation and maintenance work and equipment.
Assist in coordinating day to day operations of the site including determining needed repairs and improvement to meet the energy conservation program most effectively.
Assist in maintain quality records of operation and maintenance activities.
Assist in maintain all documents supporting quality management system.
Assist in maintain effective and on-going quality system.
Compile and analyze daily chiller operating date to ensure system health condition.
Compile and analyze daily energy reading to ensure plant operating in the most efficiency manner.
Liaise/follow up with subcontractor on the preventive and corrective maintenance work.
Attend to customer or tenant complaint.
Carry out any other assignment as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
3-4 years working experience in engineering fieldwork, preferably in HVAC.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Understanding engineering standard practice.
Good fundamental Engineering knowledge in HVAC system.
Knowledge of computer software e.g MS Office & AutoCad.
Demonstrates responsible behaviour and attention to detail.
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
Good technical report writing skills.
