Key Responsibilities
- Contract Administration & Documentation
Maintain and manage contract records, including tracking expiries, renewals, and compliance requirements. - Filing & Record Keeping
Ensure accurate filing and organization of legal and compliance documents, including preparing documentation for audits and indexing correspondence and submissions. - Coordination & Administrative Support
Provide administrative support by coordinating meetings, scheduling reviews, and assisting with internal legal awareness activities. - Regulatory Research Assistance
Support the team by conducting preliminary legal research and preparing summaries of regulatory updates for review.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience is an added advantage
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Basic knowledge of legal principles, contract law, and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with legal documentation, filing, and research
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of written and spoken English (Malay is an added advantage)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
